Application for New Federation

On July 17, 2007, the Western Kendo Federation, submitted an application to become a New AUSKF Member Federation.

Pursuant to the AUSKF Policy & Procedure Guidelines, the Western Kendo Federation application to become the 15th new AUSKF Member Federation was accepted by Atsushi Hori, AUSKF President, as being in compliance with all of the prerequisites for a New Member Association.

Hori sensei, and the 2006-2008 AUSKF officers and board of directors extend a warm welcome to Mr. Peter Kim, President of the Western Kendo Federation and its members, on soon becoming the 15th new AUSKF Member Federation upon successful completion of the one-year qualification period.
